- Refunds: Refunds for new vehicles are not typically provided once the purchase is complete and ownership has been transferred.

- In its original condition, with no damages, modifications, or excessive mileage.

1.2. Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Refunds: Refunds for pre-owned vehicles are not generally offered unless specified in the sales agreement.

2. Parts and Accessories
